By placing an order with The Brass Decore, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases, whether wholesale, retail, or export. The Brass Decore reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. All transactions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Wholesale buyers are defined as buyers placing orders above the published MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). Wholesale pricing is offered at tiered rates based on order volume. All wholesale orders require a non-refundable 30% advance payment before production begins. The balance 70% is due before dispatch. Wholesale buyers are entitled to sample orders, subject to sample charges. Custom OEM orders (branded products) require a minimum of 500 pieces and a lead time of 25–45 business days. The Brass Decore reserves the right to cancel or modify wholesale orders in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions).

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, quality issues, or items not as described. All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging. Customers must raise a return request via email at returns@thebrassdecorindia.com with photographic evidence before shipping goods back. For verified defects, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days of receiving returned goods. Transit damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. No returns are accepted for custom OEM orders, items damaged through misuse, or consumable items (gaskets, rubber rings) after use.

The Brass Decore is a GST-registered entity. GSTIN: 29ABCDE1234F1Z5. All domestic invoices are issued with applicable GST (12% or 18% depending on the product category). HSN codes are provided on every line item for buyer convenience. B2B buyers are eligible to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on purchases. For export orders, invoices are issued as zero-rated under GST with LUT (Letter of Undertaking) or with IGST refund mechanism, as applicable. All prices quoted on this website are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is calculated and added at the time of invoicing.

The Brass Decore ships to 30+ countries worldwide. All export orders are shipped as per agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, or DDP) stated in the purchase order/proforma invoice. Export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and product certificates is provided for every shipment. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at the destination unless DDP Incoterms are agreed. The Brass Decore is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, strikes, port congestion, or force majeure events. Sea freight lead time is 15–30 business days; air cargo is 5–10 business days from dispatch.

The Brass Decore collects personal information (name, company, email, phone, address) solely for the purpose of processing orders, sending relevant communications, and improving our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection regulations.
